Course Description

MKTG 371: Introduction to Marketing

3 credits
 

This course provides an understanding of the dynamic role marketing plays in the economy and in the firm. Students build a knowledge base with regard to: strategic marketing, market segmentation, marketing research, consumer behavior, the product mix, the promotion mix, the distribution mix, the pricing mix, international marketing, and non-profit marketing.
