The Leadership and Change Management concentration teaches students valuable change management process skills, and prepares them to use and apply these skills in a wide range of organizations in the new economy. Students can select courses from the following four areas: entrepreneurial management, technology management, leadership, and international business. Additionally, students are encouraged to acquire expertise in another functional area of business (such as information technology, supply-chain management, etc.). Leadership and Change Management provide students with the flexibility to customize course selections to meet specific job interests. Career opportunities include a wide variety of management, consulting and entrepreneurial positions in organizations ranging in size from sole proprietorships to multinational firms.
