The Investment Management curriculum is closely related to the Finance curriculum and includes courses in security analysis, money and financial institutions, futures and options, and portfolio management. Graduates of the program are prepared to enter the rapidly developing financial services industry, in which career opportunities may be found in mutual fund companies, commercial banks, investment banks, securities brokerages, insurance companies, pension funds and real estate investment companies. Investment management graduates may pursue professional certification as Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) and Certified Financial Planners (CFP).
