The International Business (IB) program prepares students for exciting managerial careers in the international operations of business and not-for-profit organizations. Students learn about the global environment of business, international economics and finance, international law and export trade, and business in society in selected economic regions of the world. In addition, students develop strong multicultural awareness and competency in a second language. As an added benefit, the IB program offers students the opportunity to study abroad at one of the Universities with whom Duquesne is affiliated. Students majoring in IB may elect to include a functional area of business as part of their program of study.
